More options for Landing Pages

We've given Optify's Landing Pages templates a facelift with more flexibility for larger graphics and new functionality. Here are just a few of the changes:

  • Look and feel.  In addition to a tighter design, Optify landing page templates now let you add a full-width graphic banner or logo to the top of any page. Each full-page template also includes the option to customize the background color.
  • No more dupes.  We've taken away some of the confusion out of creating and managing landing pages caused by accidentally giving the same name to multiple pages. Now, Optify will require each landing page name to be unique. Share icons
  • Share and share alike.  Optify landing pages have given you the ability sharing your page with your social network while publishing. We now have added a new feature to the templates which allow visitors to share your page with their own network via Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter. All they have to do is click the Tweet or Share buttons. You have the choice whether to include the buttons on your landing page design.
  • Next steps.  You've just published your landing page. Now what? Don't worry; Optify will help you answer that question with a list of suggestions to follow up on for your landing page, Facebook page, or form strategy. The choices include links to instructions or tools you can use to continue your success.

Simpler Setup

For those who just signed up for Optify, or even those of you who never completed setup, we've added a friendly guide to lead you through some of the basics of getting your account set up.

You can do the steps in any order as well as skip any or all steps and come back to them later.

A progress bar in the upper right corner of your dashboard gives you a sense of how many tasks you have completed.  To continue the steps, just click the accompanying link to open the guide and follow the instructions.

Better Account Administration

Optify's new Landing Pages application just got better, adding more social media power along with other enhancements. Today's release also gives you more ways to share with your social network.

Facebook content leads list of landing pages enhancements

fbsm1.pngStarting now, Optify gives you the power to create landing page content for your Facebook pages with just a few clicks of the mouse and strokes of your keyboard. You'll also find it easier to let your visitors download documents and a feature for including extra data for info that is sent to Salesforce. Here's the rundown:

Facebook content. A new template in the Landing Pages application combines the ease of Optify's customizable forms with the power of social networking to reach more people than ever. In mere minutes, you can create an attractive tab, complete with instructions for adding it to your existing Facebook page. Visitors are encouraged to "like" your page and can submit their contact info with an optional form or single click of the Facebook Connect button. You can find instructions here.

Document download. Free downloads provide a great incentive for users to submit forms, giving you access to more leads. Beginning with this release, Optify lets you upload files in a variety of document, data, presentation, and image formats that your users can download each time they submit a form. Just upload your content and use or reuse it on any landing page. We'll store up to 1,000 documents for you, with each one having a maximum file size of 20 MB. Click here for details.

Hidden fields for Salesforce. If you use Optify landing pages to send leads to Salesforce, you can now add hidden fields to send custom information to Salesforce each time a visitor submits a form. For example, you may want the form submission to include the name of the related ad campaign or the version of your landing page the visitor used. Find out how when you click here.

New way to share

Optify recently rolled out social sharing, a tool for sharing any web page with your social networks on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Now we've gone that feature one better by adding email to the mix. Just type in the addresses of friends and contacts you'd like to notify about your landing page or other web page, add a short message, and you're suddenly sharing.  You can send emails to up to 10 people at a time and send up to 100 emails in one 24-hour period. Naturally, we save your email addresses so it's that much easier for you to send out another notice in the future. Learn more by clicking here.

Keywords features return

Recently, technical difficulties caused us to suspend some features of the Keywords application, such as the Keyword Suggestions feature.  With this release, we are pleased to announce the return of Keyword Suggestions as well as the Monthly Searches and Min and Max CPC (cost per click) information.  For more information on these features, see the Keywords Overview help topic.

Stay tuned for even more sharing and landing page improvements in future releases.
