Will adding Optify tracking code affect my website performance?

In general, adding Optify tracking code to your website pages does not change your website performance in any noticeable way. The first time a user opens one of your pages after the tracking code is added, the web page accesses the Optify servers and loads a single small javascript file. This is similar to the behavior of other web analytic tools, such as Google Analytics, and is likely to cause no detectable delay to the user as other scripts are likely to be loading at the same time.

After the first page, the code is cached on the user's machine, so even this slight potential delay will not occur upon loading subsequent pages.
