Cookies are unique identifiers placed in a specific file on a computer that helps websites anonymously track visit patterns. This allows the site to know if you are returning (e.g. Hi Scott, welcome back!) and offer services that make browsing easier. Optify sets a unique cookie for every visit to a customers site to track visit patterns over time. This cookie is permanent until the end user deletes it through cookie deletion or re-formatting the harddrive.
