Optify includes a number of features to help you get the most marketing mileage out of your social network, including sharing pages, identifying leads, and managing campaigns. To take full advantage of these, you need to enter your social media account information in Optify Settings.
Configuring your social network features in Settings enables the following social media features:
The Page Detail page (which opens when you click a page link in the Pages application) shows how many times users have shared your page in Facebook, records how many Facebook users have clicked "Like" on content associated with the page, and how many times users have navigated to your page from a Facebook link. For more information see the Page Detail help topic.
The Lead Detail page (which opens when you click a lead's name in the Lead Intelligence app) shows whatever information Optify can find about the lead from LinkedIn, including their degree of connection to you (2nd, 3rd, or none). If you think Optify has found the wrong person, you can paste in the web address of the correct LinkedIn profile. Or click Find on LinkedIn to start a search there. You can also click Get introduced to open a new window with options for connecting to the person on LinkedIn. Or click the LinkedIn icon to go to the LinkedIn home page. The Twitter for Business app helps support your marketing initiatives, letting you organize related Tweets, schedule Tweets in the future, and track your success. Website visitors and leads resulting from a Twitter campaign are tracked within Optify so that you can determine the effectiveness of your Twitter campaigns. Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter: Share web pages and landing pages
You can share any of your web pages or Optify landing pages on your Facebook wall, with your LinkedIn network or with your Twitter followers all with a single click. For more information, see the Sharing a Page help topic.
Optify's Twitter for Business app can use your Bit.ly account to shorten any web links you tweet and count the number of clicks to those links in your Bit.ly account.
To enable these features, follow the steps below.
You can configure your social network accounts in the Sites tab of Settings.
To set up your social network account info:

Note: If you have one or more Facebook business pages, you'll also be prompted to choose which of them to include. If you previously connected your personal Facebook personal account and later created a Facebook business page you want to set up, follow the above steps again. Your personal account name will be listed, and you'll see an Update button. Click Update, check the boxes for the desired Facebook business pages you administer, and click Save.
