Depending on your edition, you may be limited in the number of landing pages you can create and publish at one time. If you reach your limit, you'll have to delete an existing landing page before you can create another. The limits for each edition are listed below:
Yes. It requires a one-time change at your domain registrar's site and then entering the desired path in the Landing Page Details page for your page. For complete instructions, see Hosting landing pages on your own domain.
No. You only need to add Google Analytics code for entire pages (such as landing pages you create in Optify) that don't already have it.
Not at this time. The value of using Optify templates is that each one includes built-in tracking code and form tracking needed to give you information about visitors to your landing page and to integrate with Optify's page analytics and lead intelligence. In addition, each template has been constructed in accordance with the best principles of search engine optimization.

Yes, Optify landing pages track leads in the same way as other Optify-enabled forms.
Yes. All you have to do is know your Salesforce Organizational ID to enable the Send leads to Salesforce option. For more information, see Working with leads from your landing pages.
Only the person who created a page can edit it. You can share pages that others in your organization have created, but only if they have already been published. Only the page creator can publish or unpublish a page. For more information, see Managing landing pages.
What you get back depends on what information the user has entered in his or her Facebook profile. The login will get the user's first name, last name and email, and potentially also phone number, company, title, state/province, country, and industry.

To use the form button as a download link, click the form button in the Landing Page Editor. Type the web address of the downloadable file in the Target URL option. If the file is a familiar web format, such as PDF, it will display in the browser window. Otherwise, the browser will ask the user whether to save it to his or her system.
To test the effectiveness of different approaches, create a page in Optify. Use the Clone feature to duplicate it and the Landing Page Editor to make the changes you want.
