Are all landing pages features available in all editions?

Yes, but the number of landing pages you can have at any one time depends on your edition.  For more information, see the next question.

How many pages can I create and publish?

Depending on your edition, you may be limited in the number of landing pages you can create and publish at one time. If you reach your limit, you'll have to delete an existing landing page before you can create another.  The limits for each edition are listed below:

  • Free edition: 1 landing page
  • Basic edition: 5 landing pages
  • Professional and enterprise editions:  unllimited number of landing pages

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. It requires a one-time change at your domain registrar's site and then entering the desired path in the Landing Page Details page for your page.  For complete instructions, see Hosting landing pages on your own domain.

If I'm using the form-only template and already have Google Analytics on my site, do I need to put in the Google Analytics code in the Landing Page Detail settings?

No.  You only need to add Google Analytics code for entire pages (such as landing pages you create in Optify) that don't already have it.

Can I import/build my own template?

Not at this time.  The value of using Optify templates is that each one includes built-in tracking code and form tracking needed to give you information about visitors to your landing page and to integrate with Optify's page analytics and lead intelligence.  In addition, each template has been constructed in accordance with the best principles of search engine optimization.

If I use the Form Only template, will Optify track leads after they filled out the form?

Yes. The leads show up in the Lead Intelligence application just as with any form-based Optify template.  For more information, see Working with leads from your landing pages.

Using the new landing pages, if someone filled out a form would I still see their visit history?

Yes, Optify landing pages track leads in the same way as other Optify-enabled forms.

If I don’t have the Optify-SFDC integration, can I still enable the forms for SFDC?

Yes. All you have to do is know your Salesforce Organizational ID to enable the Send leads to Salesforce option.   For more information, see Working with leads from your landing pages.

Can I edit a page I didn’t create? Can I share it?
