A common way to customize the Optify Dashboard is to create widgets from custom reports to display critical information about how campaigns are performing, which strategies are or are not working and how overall efforts are tracking against marketing and sales goals.

But another useful approach is to arrange your Dashboard based on your role at your company to ensure it provides immediate and actionable information. Based on your role, here are our best practices for customizing your Dashboard to have "at-a-glance" access to the data you care about:

To add or remove widgets from the Dashboard:

  • To remove a widget, click the cogwheel icon on the right side of the widget's title bar and choose Remove widget.
  • To add a widget, click Add widgets in the upper right corner just below the blue bar. Scroll through the list and click Add for the widget you want.
  • Settings in other applications can give you more Dashboard options. For example, to add widgets based on custom reports, first click Reports in the blue navigation bar at the top. Then use the controls on the left to create a new report. When you're finished, your new report appears on the Dashboard's Add widgets menu.

Now try the suggestions below to build a custom Dashboard based on your marketing role.
