Am I eligible for a free trial?

Optify products offer a free 14-day trial on new accounts (Basic, Professional and Enterprise). Upgrades from free accounts do not qualify for the free 14-day trial. If you upgrade from a free to a paying account, you’ll be charged when you upgrade.

Will I be charged to use Optify during the trial?

No the trial is free. After you provide your billing information during or after the trial, Optify will start billing your account.

How do I cancel my account?

You can request to cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and clicking Settings in the upper right corner. Selecting the Account tab and click Cancel Subscription. We will give you a call. Cancelling an account requires a 30-day notice.

Do I get my money back when I cancel?

Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again after 30 days. You are also responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you will be charged for the current month and an additional 30 days.

Is there a minimal time commitment on my paid account?

We provide monthly, quarterly, and annual billing. Quarterly and annual billing plans do not require a commitment. The monthly billing plan requires a 90-day commitment from your start date.
