Cancellation and refund policy

Optify offers a 14-day trial on all Editions. After your free trial, if you choose to purchase Optify, your account will be billed in advance. Optify offers discounts for quarterly and annual billing. Monthly subscriptions require an initial 90-day commitment.

Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription period, or one year, whichever is shorter.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription only after you have reached the initial term of your agreement. 

To cancel your account:

  1. In the top right corner of the Optify window, click Settings.
  2. On the Account tab, click Cancel Subscription.

You are required to submit notice of cancellation at least 30 days before your contract auto-renew date.

There are no refunds or credits, and you are responsible for whatever charges are incurred for the billing period prior to cancellation. In order to treat everyone equally, there are no exceptions.
