You can dismiss Optify’s guided trainer tools at any time by clicking the Hide for now tab. But if you or some of your users never want to see the trainer at all (not even the minimized golden tab), you can make all trainers completely invisible for selected users.

To hide all trainers:

1. Click Settings in the upper right corner.
2. In the Settings window, click the Users tab.
3. In the list on the left, select a user who doesn't want to see the trainer tab.
4. Check the Hide training tours box in the center of the page. Then click Save.

To make the trainer tab visible again, return to this page and clear the Hide training tours checkbox.
