Settings overview: Users tab

The Users tab in Settings lets you configure your users accounts.

  • Add a user by selecting Add New User. Adding a User will send an invitation to the user with a username and password that you select.
  • Delete a user by hovering the mouse pointer over the user's name, and then clicking delete_icon.PNG.
  • To configure the settings for a user, select the user, and then choose the tab you want to configure:

Profile tab

The Profile tab lets you view and edit the user's profile:

  • First Name is the user's first name.
  • Last name is the user's last name.
  • Email Address is the user's email address.
  • Twitter Signature identifies which person in a corporate account sent each tweet. The signature can be seen in the User column (under the icon) in the Outbox tab of the Twitter for Business application.
  • Checking the Admin box grants the user administrative privileges on your account (indicated by an icon next to the name in the Select user list).

Sites tab

The Sites tab lets you specify the sites to which the selected user will have access in Optify.

Performance email tab

The Performance email tab lets you specify that a weekly email be sent to the selected user providing useful metrics on all sites selected for that user in the Sites tab (above).  For more information, see Weekly performance email.
