One of the features that makes Optify especially useful is the ability to create rules from the rich set of data that Optify collects. In Lead Scoring, Lead Exclusion, and the Alerts application, you use rules to score your leads, exclude leads that match certain criteria, or create custom Alerts.  Each rule is essentially a query on Optify's database of information about your website traffic. You create rules by choosing from a list of Metrics, and applying criteria to those metrics.
