Why is the company information missing in my Daily Email and Traffic reports?

Between February 4 and February 8, 2010 there was a known issue that caused incomplete Optify traffic data to be posted to your account. Specifically, both the Name and the Company fields were reported as blank, as displayed in the Daily E-mail, the Dashboard, and the Lead Intelligence application. Instead of displaying correctly, your traffic data was reported as in the screenshot below:

How Optify is handling this ?

The issue preventing the data from being collected and displayed properly was found and fixed late in the day on February 7. Traffic data for visits that occurred after that time should now be displaying correctly. 

We are currently in the process of filling in the correct data for visits that occurred during the affected period of February 4 - 7. This process should be complete by Feb.8 at 8 pm. Please note that Daily E-mails that were sent between Feb. 4 and Feb. 8 will still display the missing data. To view the correct data for those dates, please go to the Dashboard or your Lead Intelligence page for your account.
